Please read through the terms and conditions before making an appointment.
In booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions stated below.
1.1 Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment (10min if it's your first ever / in awhile treatment). Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time. Treatments will be charged at full price.
1.2 All stated treatment durations are hands-on treatment times and can wary by +/- a few minutes.
1.3 I offer an automated appointment reminder service by text and/or email 72h and 24h before your scheduled appointment time. Please notify me if you wish to opt out of this service when making an appointment.
1.4 Unfortunately I am unable to offer any massage, reflexology or body treatments during your pregnancy. However, nail and facial treatments are available for those pregnant.
1.5 Appointments can be made by calling, email, message via social media or by using the online booking tool.
2.1 To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours notice is required by phone or email or by using the online booking tool. Please note that cancellations are not accepted via social media or text.
2.2 By failing to turn up to your scheduled appointment you will be required to pay a deposit of half the value of the next treatment booked at least 24h before it's due. The amount of deposit will be deducted from the full treatment price at the checkout after the treatment has been carried out. Failure to pay the deposit will result in your treatment being cancelled and your future appointments will be refused. Failure to turn up again once the deposit has been made or to cancel within the 24h period of when your appointment is due will result you losing the deposit paid. 3. Consultation and confidentiality
All of the treatments will require you to fill out a consent form prior to the first treatment procedure. I keep records about every visit you make. This will be filed for future reference and treated with the utmost confidence and will not be passed on to any third parties. To ensure you gain the most from your appointment, please inform me of any change in your health since I last saw you at the start of your appointment.
To respect the relaxing atmosphere I wish to create, I kindly request that young children and babies are not brought into the salon. If it is inevitable to bring children with you, they are not allowed to be left unattended at any time and must accompany you in the treatment room.
5. Mobile Phones
Unless absolutely necessary, I kindly ask that mobile phones are turned off or set to silent mode during your visit.
6. Gift Vouchers
6.1 Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or value and are non-refundable. They must be produced at the time of your treatment as a form of payment.
6.2 Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
6.3 Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
6.4 Gift vouchers are exempt from the loyalty scheme.

8. Refunds and exchanges
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact in the same condition as they were originally purchased within 14 days of the date of purchase. I will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased.
9. Opening times
9.1 Opening times are subject to change without notice but can be found on the front page of the website.
9.2 Salon phone is not answered outside opening times and during holidays.
10. Loyalty scheme
10.1 Every £10 spent (including special offers) = 1 stamp. Collect 10 stamps, get £10 off on your next visit.
10.2 A full £10 off card can be used on any full - price treatment.
10.3 One full £10 off card can be used per visit.
10.4 Minimum value of the full - price treatment(s) before the discount is applied is £20.
