Please read through the salon terms and conditions before making an appointment.
In booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions stated below.
1.1 Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment (10min if it's your first ever / in awhile treatment). Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time. Treatments will be charged at full price.
1.2 All stated treatment durations are hands-on treatment times and can wary by +/- a few minutes.
1.3 I offer an appointment reminder service by text and/or email 48h before your scheduled appointment time. Please notify me if you wish to opt out of this service when making an appointment.
1.4 Unfortunately I am unable to offer any massage, reflexology or body treatments during pregnancy. However, nail and facial treatments are available for those pregnant.
2. Course of treatments
All courses of treatments must be paid in full at the time of your first treatment of the course and completed within 3 months. Missed appointments may result in treatments being deducted from your course.
3.1 To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours notice is required by phone or email or by using the online booking tool.
3.2 By failing to turn up to your scheduled appointment you will be required to pay a deposit of half the value of the treatment booked at least 24h before it's due. It applies to all the future appointments. Failure to do so will result in your treatment being cancelled and all your future appointments will be refused. 4. Consultation and confidentiality
All of the treatments will require you to fill out a consent form prior to the first treatment procedure. I keep records about every visit you make. This will be filed for future reference and treated with the utmost confidence and will not be passed on to any third parties. To ensure you gain the most from your appointment, please inform me of any change in your health since I last saw you at the start of your appointment.
To respect the relaxing atmosphere I wish to create, I kindly request that young children and babies are not brought into the salon. If it is absolutely inevitable to bring children with you, they are not allowed to be left unattended at any time and must accompany you in the treatment room.
6. Mobile Phones
Unless absolutely necessary, I kindly ask that mobile phones are turned off or set to silent mode during your visit for the relaxation purposes.
7. Gift Vouchers
7.1 Gift vouchers are available for all of the treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of your treatment.
7.2 Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
7.3 Desire to use an expired voucher results an additoinal charge of half the value of the gift voucher if used within 3 months from the expiry date. I am unable to accept the gift vouchers after 3 months of expiry.
7.4 Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
7.5 The entire value of the gift voucher must be used in one appointment.

9. Refunds and exchanges
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact in the same condition as they were originally purchased within 14 days of the date of purchase. I will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased. Bath salts/bombs are non-refundable.
10. Opening times
10.1 Opening times are subject to change without notice but can be found on the front page of the website at all times.
10.2 Salon phone is not answered outside opening times or during holidays.
11. Loyalty scheme
11.1 Every £10 spent (including special offers) = 1 stamp. Collect 10 stamps, get £10 off on your next visit.
11.2 £10 off can be spent on any full price treatment only. One £10 off card can be used at one time.
11.3 Minimum spend before the discount is applied is £20.
