Please read through the terms and conditions before making an appointment.

1. Appointments

1.1 Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, but no more than 10min maximum. Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time. Treatments will be charged at full price.

1.2 All stated treatment durations are hands-on treatment times and can vary by +/- a few minutes.

1.3 I offer an automated appointment reminder service by text and/or email 72h and 24h before your scheduled appointment time.

1.4 Unfortunately I am unable to offer any massage, reflexology or body treatments during your pregnancy. However, nail and facial treatments are available for those pregnant.

1.5 Appointments can be made by calling, email, message via social media or by using the online booking tool found on Google, Facebook and this website.

1.6 All descriptions of the treatments offered can be found on the online booking system.

 

2. Cancellations

2.1 To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours notice is required by phone or by using the online booking tool.

2.2 If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay for your future appointments in full in advance to confirm the bookings. Payment link will be sent to you by text, failure to pay by 24h prior to the booking will result in cancellation and all your future bookings will be declined.

 

3. Consultation and confidentiality

All of the treatments will require you to fill out a consultation form prior to the first treatment procedure. The consultation form is sent out upon making an appointment to your email address. You are required to complete it online before your scheduled appointment. I keep records about every visit you make. This will be filed for future reference and treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be passed on to any third parties. To ensure you gain the most from your appointment, please inform me of any change in your health since I last saw you at the start of your appointment.

 

4. Children

To respect the relaxing atmosphere I wish to create, I kindly ask that young children and babies are not brought into the salon. If it is inevitable to bring children with you, they are not allowed to be left unattended at any time and must accompany you in the treatment room.

 

5. Mobile phones

Unless absolutely necessary, I kindly ask that mobile phones are turned off or set to silent mode during your visit.

 

6. Gift Vouchers

6.1 E-vouchers are available to purchase online via this website HERE. Alternatively they can also be purchased from the salon. They are non-refundable. They must be produced at the time of your treatment as a form of payment. E-vouchers are emailed to your specified email upon payment.

6.2 Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and have expiry dates clearly stated.

6.3 If you wish to use an expired voucher within one month of expiry, the value will be reduced by 50%. I can not accept vouchers beyond that.

6.4 Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.

6.5 Gift vouchers are exempt from the loyalty scheme.

 

7. Refunds and exchanges

Products purchased must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact in the same condition as they were originally purchased within 14 days of the date of purchase. I will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased.

 

8. Opening times

8.1 Opening times are subject to change without notice but can always be found on the front page of this website.

8.2 Salon phone is not answered outside opening times and during holidays. 

 

9. Loyalty scheme

9.1 A loyalty card is offered to returning clients at their second visit and stamps can be collected from there onwards.

9.2 Every £10 spent = 1 stamp. Collect 10 stamps, get £10 off on your next visit.

9.3 A full loyalty card can be used with any full price treatment.

9.4 One full loyalty card can be used per visit / per person.

9.5 Minimum value of the full price treatment(s) before the discount is applied is £20.

9.6 Purchasing and redeeming gift vouchers are exempt from the loyalty scheme.

9.7 Stamps can be collected but full cards can not be redeemed with special offers.

9.8 Loyalty scheme excludes products purchased.

 

10. Birthday offer

10.1 The birthday offer of 20% OFF applies to all full price services and relaxation packages. It can not be used in conjunction with special offers, or to buy gift vouchers or products.

It can be used once but more than 1 treatment can be booked for the same visit.

10.2 The offer is sent out 2 weeks before the birthday and is valid for 30 days from the date email was sent out.

10.3 You must have entered your valid email address, date of birth and accept marketing messages in your Fresha booking profile in order to receive this offer.

10.4 Applies to existing clients.
